Respect
The Earth represents a vital and complex system where its exploitation provokes the impoverishment. The deep bond with nature has led us to abolish the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical pesticides and to manage the land according to the natural cycles. We carry out methods of cultivation which are respectful of the land and which safeguards its fertility. Green manure, compost and biodynamic preparations are used to nourish the land and the principal illnesses of the plants are fought simply with copper and sulphur.
